Tasmanian Energy Ombudsman

The Energy Ombudsman provides a free, fair and independent dispute-resolution service for electricity and natural gas consumers who have been unable to resolve a complaint with their Tasmanian energy retailer or distributor.

You must lodge your complaint with the Energy Ombudsman within two years of becoming aware of the issue.
