If you do need to attend the office for any reason, such as to drop off or collect documents, you will be asked to wear a mask and to check in using the Check In Tas app and the QR code located in the reception area, or to sign in if you are unable to access the app.
If you need assistance to make a complaint, please telephone and ask to speak to an investigation officer. If no one is available to take your call straight away, a time will be arranged for a return call.
