COVID-19 update

Due to COVID-19 we are changing the way you can contact us. This is so we can keep doing our work, safely and efficiently. We want to protect you and our staff.

Our office at 86 Collins Street in Hobart is open at this stage but we are applying very strict social distancing rules. Our counter service will only be very limited and this may change. We would prefer you contact us as explained below.

If you have an enquiry or complaint about a Tasmanian public authority, email us or use our online complaint form.

You can also call us on 1800 001 170. You may be asked to leave a message and we will call you back. We are having problems with our phones at the moment so please try again or email us if you can’t get through.

We think there may be long delays in dealing with complaints due to COVID-19 impacting on public authorities’ resources. Thanks for your patience.
