Reasons for Decision 2011
- Mr Y and Aurora May 2011
On 25 May 2011, the Ombudsman handed down his decision in Mr Y v Aurora Energy Pty Ltd. This decision was made under s 48 of the now repealed Freedom of Information Act 1991. The Ombudsman found that Aurora was not entitled to refuse certain requests that were lodged by Mr Y, under s 20 of the Act.
